One morning, back in the mid nineties, we awoke to find that the wine we had bottled the afternoon before had all popped their corks during the night. To make matters worse, they were all lying side by side on our kitchen counter. It was a huge mess to say the least! The wine hadn’t finished fermenting and decided to surprise us…and it did. Well, happily, we haven’t had such a surprise since.
We’ve learned a bit since then, and after years of enjoying many types of wines ourselves, we decided to open a customer oriented custom winery here in Rising Sun, Indiana. We thought it would be best to offer free wine tastings in a fun, casual atmosphere anytime that its convenient for our customers.
